Hi everyone, I’m a 23 year old female student looking for a private bedroom and preferably private bath, but I don’t mind sharing a bathroom if need be. I don’t mind doing coed living as long as you are respectful, clean, and kind. My budget is anywhere from $750 to $1,000. I will be attending CSULB in the fall of 2022 and I’m looking forward to moving out to LB no later than August 1st. I have two inside cats that are sweet babies who aren’t a bother and are super sweet and loving. They don’t ruin furniture as I do have a lot of cat trees and scratch posts for them. I also know how to stop them from scratching furniture and how to steer them away from the habit if issues do arise, but I doubt it. As for me, I am very clean, quiet, organized, and I am respectful of those around me. I will be working part time and going to school full time so I’ll be in and out often. I really hope you consider!
