I’m a recently single, 40yr old male who’s very laid back. I work a lot running a local remodeling company and handyman service. When I’m not working I enjoy quiet time spent on the computer, TV, woodworking camping, adventure seeking and the great outdoors. I’m looking for a nice place either a room preferably with its own bath and SOME forms of privacy. Or a shared living areas. No partying or drugs/heavy drinking. What you do is your business just please respect my thoughts/feelings and we will get along fine. I’m typically easygoing and friendly but prefer the option to stay to myself as well. Storage room would be a great bonus(shed, outbuilding, garage.. Ect) for tool storage.
