I’m a graduate student doing an internship in the area for a few months. I want to get back into dancing and making music (singing/production). I like setting expectations upfront and being clear about what our shared responsibilities are for taking care of our shared space. I will clean after myself, I communicate clearly, and I want to negotiate clear boundaries so our place will be a place to rest for all of us.
