Hello, I am 27yrs old and a single dad. My 5yr old son is a really good boy and will stay with me a couple days a week. I work in construction and we are very active outdoors, hiking, kayaking, camping, biking, etc. I work full-time and my son goes to school full-time so we won’t be there all that much. You can expect a quiet, nice and respectful roommate. We are on a kind of tight time frame to find a place to live so any decent opportunity would be greatly appreciated.
