I sold my house in Acton this past December after living in it for the past 24 yrs. I love this area of New England and being close to where the American Revolution took place. I am an older retired medical professional (night owl) who prefers to sleep late in the morning. I love cats and plan to rescue 2 inseparable kitty pals. I am planning on taking up different art forms and consider myself to have a deeply hidden creative side. I enjoy talking to people of all ages. I enjoy more or less a variety of TV; Masterpiece Theater, documentaries, mysteries, history, British Baking Show, most WHBH presentations, some action shows.
I love eating out, although it has gotten very expensive anywhere you go nowadays and I do it less often as a result. I love searching the web and reading about trivia also Mahjong/ Scrabble. Politically I am an Independent now leaning toward the conservative side. I do not like political arguments and try not to offer my opinion during these trying times, as opinions are very black or white with very little wiggle room for discussion and understanding. I would like to get into a book club at some point in order to discuss viewpoints. I enjoy going to the library’s near here… they are quiet and have a peaceful quality. I would like to stay near the Acton-Concord area, if possible. I have a medical marijuana license and use it for obtaining CBD with small amounts THC to relieve arthritic joint pain. It has been thee most effective analgesic that does not give you grogginess while minimizing your pain. It’s been a miracle pain reliever for me!
