Hey there! My name is Joshua. I’m a 38 year old who separated from my coparent last year. I was a stay at home dad for the 7 years, so I’m working at Lowe’s, reeducating myself, and preparing to rejoin the career force. I’m financially stable, don’t drink to excess (3 beers in a night is a very rare occaision for me), don’t smoke, and I’m 420 friendly but in a discreet way (functional smoker/small amounts). I spend most of my time working (mon-fri 530a-230p), driving to sac to hang out with my kids, and rock climbing at pipeworks in midtown. I keep public spaces neat and clean - over 8 years experience living with people who aren’t family - and in general I consider myself to be very respectful of others. I’m looking to go to trade school to become an HVAC technician, and so I’m looking for a place to live for at least the next year while I do that. I would like to be able to bring my children by once in a while (4 and 7, both girls), but mostly I take them to the river, the library, or the rock climbing gym in Sacramento. I just need a quiet place to sleep and keep my stuff for the next year that’s close to the NCE trade school, so no children allowed isn’t a deal breaker.

I don’t prefer to own pets, but I get along with them fine, and I’m not dating at all at this point. No overnight guests within the last year and none expected anytime soon. Besides the rock climbing gym, I’m an enthusiastic board gamer, and I enjoy art and music. I also like to cook when I have time to clean up afterward.
