Looking for a roommate to split a two bedroom apartment and co-sign a 1yr lease in Newport Oregon. Current roommate is moving out so the room is available February 1st, 2024. Half of rent and utilities is roughly 900 a month, has in unit washer and dryer, and is walkable to the beach via trail that goes under hwy 101. I have a very affectionate kitty that does not do well around other cats (not sure about other animals though). I’m clean, respectful, always on time with the rent, and looking for someone who is as well.
