Jimmy and I have a 4 bed, 2 bath apartment on Newbury St in Back Bay with two open rooms available. Total rent is ~$8000/month and the two rooms are $1900 and $2100 each (based on size). The Apartment is well kept and has in-unit laundry.
We both work downtown and are avid Boston sports fans (except Jimmy is a Washington Capitals fan for some reason). We are very easy going, don’t make a ton or noise on the weekdays, and generally like the common areas to be kept clean.
We’d ideally be looking for two similar minded roommates and are looking to get two new names on the lease ASAP. Dm if you’re interested and we can catch up
