I am a responsible, professional female with strong moral values. No drinking, no drugs, no partying, no overnight guests. I am looking to downsize to pay off my student loans. I would like to be within 20 minutes of Buford, GA because that is where I work. Hoping to find a basement apartment with w/d or w/d hookups as well as a full kitchen for around $1k per month with utilities included. If the community has a pool, I would be in heaven!
