I’m a 39 year old, professional artist looking for a room. I bring in $5,800.00 a month from VA disability, so you don’t have to worry about a roommate losing their job and not being able to pay. Im a full time freelance commission artist and anything I make from artwork is just a plus. I also sell comics online, but not as a streamer so you won’t have to worry about late night noise. I am very clean and keep a neat environment. I’m single, no kids, no pets, don’t come with drama. Looking for a room with its own bathroom! Willing to pay up to $1150 for a room with its own full bathroom. I get paid the day before the 1st every month and am never late with bills. I enjoy my alone time, but also want to rent somewhere that everyone in the home gets along and hangs out from time to time, not just someone I see once a month to pay rent to lol.
