Looking for a responsible roommate to rent a house with a backyard and garage. I’m prepared to do most of the yard work since I have two dogs, labs. I promptly clean up after them and they are well trained and friendly. I only have them half the week (it’s a drama free shared custody situation) and am usually home if they are. I prefer to keep to myself but it’s important to have good vibes and communicate well. I’m easy going, clean, and respectful of boundaries. I like to cook, but better off grilling or making drinks. I’m always down for a good time but am usually in bed by 10 and am not an early riser unless there’s an F1 race. I like to be outside and the Colorado things like hiking, paddle boarding, breweries etc.
