Hi there! I am a 25 year old woman looking for a place to live that is not more than $1200/month (including utilities). I work for the CDC, and am mostly remote so will be usually working from home. I am a very clean and conscientious roommate and pay bills on time. I have lived with many different roommates before (both friends and strangers) and like to think I’m decent to live with! I am a social person and like to be friendly with roommates, but will not force a friendship. I enjoy cooking and am more than happy to cook up a meal to share with my housemates if they’re down! I will usually be out of the house on the weekends as I like to enjoy my time off work out of the house with friends :). I am in a LDR, so my partner will likely be visiting once a month. I do not have any pets, but love dogs and would love having a pup roommate. I am allergic to cats. I enjoy running, baking, and gardening! I would prefer living with female roommate(s), but having a male housemate or two in a shared house would not be a dealbreaker.
