I am seeking a room. My rent amount is negotiable and can go a bit higher and lower, dependent on the situation. My interests include fitness, reading, writing, comedy, health, wellness, and beauty. I am easygoing, keep to myself, not out boozing, or bringing overnight random guests home. I have a full-time demanding job in an office in East Boca. I would ideally like a place near work as I am an ex-New Yorker, and don’t drive. I am pleasant, kind, and helpful. I also love dogs! :)
