Hello my name is David! I’m an INFJ :)

I was born in Maryland and raised here in Arizona. I have a BS in psych with a French minor, hoping to start grad school in the future. I’m a full time social worker and I bartend twice a week. I worked in a dog cognition lab in college so I love all kinds of animals. I’m a certified master gardener in the state of Arizona so I can save your plants 🌱. My hobbies include gardening, biking 🚲, traveling ✈️, painting 🎨, and learning languages 📚.

I just purchased a house with my partner Denisse and we are looking for roommates to share this new adventure with us! We don’t like what we are seeing in the rental community in Phoenix. Rent has grown exponentially where it has become unaffordable. We were in a similar position a few months ago and we want to buck this trend, we want to provide affordable rent to our tenants.

My ideal roommate(s) would be respectful of boundaries, clean, humorous, flexible, and most importantly good at communicating. It would also be a plus if my potential roomie/s and I share similar interests and ideals.

I believe that in a shared space roommates can really enrich the lives and experiences of everyone involved. My partner and I really live by this principle and hope for the same in return :)
