Newly divorced I have no interest in getting hooked up on this site. So I am straight, so man or woman is ok. I’m not opposed to having a gay roommate so long as it doesn’t overlap into my space.
Oh, I forgot to mention, that most rooms for rent have only 1 bathroom, so I want a Roomie ( someone looking for a room but doesn’t have one yet.) Where we can plan and look around for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom situation. I require my own, and whomever I meet through this, deserves to have there own private bathroom too.
