I am a Female Small Business Owner & Mom looking to rent 1 or 2 bedrooms in the N. Scottsdale or N. Phx area. I have 2 older felines and a 6 year old son who goes to GreatHearts Scottsdale Archway. We are an old-school bunch whom believe in respect, cleanliness and socializing with those we live with. The times my child will be at home is after 5pm, Wed-Fri to have dinner, homework, sleep and then greet the day for school start at 7am. We try to stay active on Saturdays and out of the house, but Sunday’s are usually cleaning day so we stay in and rest.

We would love to find a place for ALL of us close to N.Scottsdale. If anyone knows of a a great place for around $1300/mo.+utilities as our share, that would be amazing! Our current rental increased by $700/mo and with gas prices, it doesn’t make sense to stay in S. Scottsdale. Any and all suggestions or potential roomies are welcome to message! Thanks!✌️
