Hi! Looking for a roommate for an eight month lease starting September 10, 2022 through May 2023 with possibilities of extending lease after May. Each of us gets our own bathroom and bedroom. Shared living space, kitchen, and outdoor screened in patio. This apartment is a 3 minute drive to Mayo Clinic, a 10 minute drive to grocery stores/shopping, and an 8 minute drive to beaches and restaurants. I have a small, quiet, very friendly dog. I am a respectful friendly person in my 30’s, looking for a young professional to share this space and utilities with. One more dog or cat is okay (there is a small monthly pet fee).
