Hi, I’m a new transplant to the state by way of Georgia. I recently had my second son go off to college making me an empty nester. I took a position in San Diego and have been living in Fallbrook with my good friend from the Marines. He’s putting his home up for sale and I haven’t quite figured out where i want to ultimately stay due to the fact that it’s absolutely beautiful everywhere here lol. I’m a respectful, neat and very kind man who get’s along with any and everyone. Hoping to be lucky and find a nice place and people to rent from.
