I’m up hard-working longtime resident of Saint Augustine very clean and I work all the time when I’m able to walk again. I have hip surgery 7/30. I don’t have people over I respect others property I do above and beyond most of the time I work as a finance manager is well currently in the process of getting my other job back I can pay 3 months upfront if needed. I need to move out of my sister’s house in Palencia. My family owns three restaurants in town Proabition kitchen, Roosevelt room and pizzalley’s. I could get along with anyone and I’m very clean and respectful of others. I keep to myself and stay in my room when I’m at home unless you have a nice back yard to sit when its not 100 degrees.
