I am looking for a sublease or a short term rental. I’m hoping to buy my own place within the next year or so and having some flexibility like a month to month arrangement would be ideal for me. I work from home and tend to spend a lot of time in my room just resting and getting work done. I clean up after myself and prefer to live with people who are mindful of common areas and generally responsible.
