Hello! My name’s Blake, and I’m a travelling project manager for a large general contractor and will be relocating from Illinois to build a large data center campus in Plain City, OH.

I’m originally from Texas, and graduated with a B.S. in Construction Science from Kansas State University. I own my home back in Texas and am back home in every other week or two to be with my fiancé who is currently studying her Master’s at Texas A&M. Occasionally my fiancé will travel to come stay with me for a few days to a week, but that does not happen often.

My interests are guitar, fly fishing, hiking, camping, and anything outdoors really! Not completely sure if I will be getting an apartment/house by myself yet, but if I can find a roommate that I have similar interests that would be awesome! Preferably looking to find a place that is within a 30 minutes to Rosemount, MN.

My budget is $1000-$1750 (for myself) including utilities, or up to $3500 total if between two people; but would prefer to stay under that.

LGBTQ+ friendly and pet friendly (If you are a responsible pet owner. I will not take care of, feed, watch, or clean up after your pet); NOT drug friendly, but okay with drinking, although I don’t drink, just no parties.
