I am business owner and student pursuing my second bachelor in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. Virginia has been home for seven years. My passions include public speaking, triathlons, mentoring, and volunteering with STEM activities. I also enjoy studying and discussing war history and strategy. The landlord that I will rent from rents to individuals that are clean and clutter free, drama free, and maintain a positive environment. This includes no former spouse partnerships, no short-term roommates, no messy family members at the residence, no parties, no smoking, and no loud neighbors.
