My name is Sam, and I am an attorney. I am very easy-going, super clean, and vaccinated and boosted. I will be gone most of the day and in the evenings as well. I have an in-person job, and will spend most evenings in Nokesville, which is where I board my horse. I also have a 5-year-old cat.

I love to go out to eat and try new places! I don’t really drink, but am happy to tag along at bars and serve as the DD.

I am looking to get a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment with a roommate or two (no male roommates) who are in their mid-late twenties. I would also consider an unfurnished room (ideally a basement w/ private entrance) as I have a good amount of bedroom and living room furniture.
