My lease with my current place ends January 31st. Since the areas I’m looking at are a bit expensive for a one-bedroom, I’m looking to move into a two bedroom (and preferably 2 bath) apartment to share with someone. I’m willing to consider other formats/living spaces; currently I do have three roommates in a house.

I need to be within a five mile radius of Central Park/Stapleton, and preferably three miles would be better, as I have to take the bus to work. I’m looking at Central Park/Old Stapleton, Montclair, Lowry, and Montbello. Montbello is an area I’m not familiar with, so the first three options are preferred. If there’s housing outside of these areas that fit in the radius, I can be flexible, I just know for sure these areas will work for me.

I do require a roommate that doesn’t use weed at all in any forms (smoking, edibles, whatever), or illegal drugs. Also, no smoking or vaping. It’s nothing personal, it’s just what I need and want both professionally and personally. I am also only looking to room with women between 22-33. Generally, I’m looking for pet free, but I can bend on this.

With that out of the way! I’m a quiet person looking for another quiet person to live with; I’m not at all into the idea of parties, though I’m more than fine with roommates bringing guests over, as I bring guests to my current home quite often. I enjoy knitting, reading, shopping, and weightlifting. I also would like to get back into rock climbing and snowboarding, but that probably won’t happen until 2023. I work full-time, so I’ll be home mostly in the evenings and weekends.
