Looking for a room or potential roommates for a June 1 or mid June move in. I’ve lived solo for the last year in south Aurora, CO but I want to be closer to the mountains and live in a better area in general.

I work in the event production industry and my work schedule is a bit more chaotic than an average worker. Usually not leaving too early or coming back too late though. In my free time I like board sports (snowboarding/skateboarding), making music, watching shows, reading, video games, hiking, and running/biking. I’m hoping to live in a neighborhood where I can go on a nice scenic run without having to drive somewhere.

I don’t drink and not much of a partier but I like going out for music. Definitely 420 friendly. I’m very easy going and would prefer to have a roommate(s) that are as well.

I have 2 sweet kitties that are very low-maintenance and have great manners in the house. Bella is 6, and Earl is 1. They’re very different but get along well. Both have history living with other cats and things have gone really well
