Hi there, I’m a 24-year-old trans guy. I’m looking to rent a room somewhere close to where I work, near PGBT & DNT.

I don’t mind living with any gender as long as they’re chill with LGBTQ+ folks. (I’d love to live with other LGBT+ people though.) I’m looking to room with non-smokers. My budget is around $800/month and I’m an easy keeper. Not sure how long I’ll stay, most likely 6-12 months. I’d prefer my own bathroom but am willing to share. I’ve lived at my current place for a year and pay $790 utilities included and currently share a bathroom.

Finances: I work as a kennel technician at an animal hospital and as a petsitter on the sde.

Lifestyle: I don’t smoke, drink alcohol, or use recreational drugs. I’m fairly introverted and can be shy at first. I work 8am-6pm 3 days a week and have 3-4 hr evening shifts on weekends (4pm-7pm ish). I do like having friends over to watch TV and talk and I would love if I could have them over from time to time (not overnight). My friends are also not partiers and would not be bringing any drugs or smoking in the home. I generally like my place to be calm and quiet but if roommates want to have friends over that’s fine as long as I have advance notice (and I would likewise be sure to check with my roommate about having my friends over). I have my own car.

Tidiness/cleanliness: My own room is usually messy but I’m good at keeping common areas tidy. I make sure to clean up after myself (wipe counters down, look for spills/etc) and I don’t leave dishes in the sink. I know how to properly clean a bathroom. I don’t leave laundry in the washer/dryer.

Hobbies & Interests: I love being creative and making, learning about history & anthropology, visiting museums, listening to rock music/going to concerts, watching movies & TV shows, and spending time with animals. If you like personality tests: I’m an INFJ and a 4w5.
