Hi!

I’m really clean, I work ~50 hours/week so I’m not home very often. The only time I’m loud is when I’m having concerts in the shower lol. I don’t smoke cigarettes, but I do smoke marijuana every now and then (def not every day but I def don’t mind if you do). I don’t have any pets but a little cat or a dog in the house would be so cute! Def open to that.

I don’t really have company over, especially not planning to throw any ragers lmbo, but as long as your friends are respectful of the space and it’s not like every day I’m fine with company. I’m honestly very chill, I’m just looking to go halfsies on rent lol.
