Currently living in Riverview, FL. Quiet and somewhat of a night owl, but not disruptive and I’m more outgoing when I’m comfortable around the right people. I work remotely and want to live somewhere I’d enjoy and not just a place to sleep! Looking for one female roommate that likes cats and possibly also wants to be friends! I have one cat named Fuzzy Lumpkins. I’ moved to Florida for the beach, the weather, and the opportunities!

Some preferences (some can be flexible):

1. at least one private bedroom and attached bathroom for myself only
2. A third room for an office/crafts common area (very flexible)
3. A screened patio
4. Very flexible on neighborhood as long as it is safe and accessible! Gated communities near a publix—a Florida must from what I’ve been told!
5. Condo, TH, or House is fine
6. Garage a plus!
7. Prefer to value the quality of a space and safety more than location since I work remotely. If you absolutely need to stay downtown, my lifestyle may not work for you. I would prefer to stay in suburbs.

P. S. I’m bringing all needed common furniture! So if you don’t have anything don’t sweat it. If you do and want to bring ‘em, let’s talk and work things out! I check my page frequently and will get to you ASAP!
