Newly empty nester, previously Airbnb host and get along well with most people (basics like respect/consideration, maintain cleanliness and some order, friendliness, etc). I have a cute old doggie that is pretty quiet unless I’m giving her eye drops. I enjoy young adults as my own children and I have great relationships and will likely come by for dinner on occasion and might sleep over as we do suffer with migraines (disability level). 40 or 50+ is good too. Someone reliable and mature :) I don’t mind company but not really “parties”. Weed is fine outside. Alcohol is good too as long as no one gets out of control. No other drugs. Hoping to find a great situation for long-term.
