Hey all ~ I am 24, a college graduate, young professional, academic tutor and substitute teacher ISO a room to rent/sublet for the Fall. Must be CAT friendly (I have two!) I am vegan. I don’t drink, vape or smoke. My budget is $500-600, with utilities/pet tax, no more than $700 a month. I’m also interested in teaming up and house hunting together!
