A bit about me: I’m in my mid 30s, a graduate professor, volunteer EMT, and work primarily in and with local governments and trying to find ways to repair civics in our communities. I’m moving to the area for a job in June and looking for a homebase in/near town to get myself situated in the area (from New Jersey). I may also buy and develop some rural land of my own way out of town and then split my time, where eventually I’d spend 3-4 nights a week here and 3-4 nights out of town. I’m looking for a place that’s relatively quiet (I have to take calls at home sometimes, though I work in an office), easy going, and has a nice kitchen (I do cook) and some beautiful outdoor space. Also hoping for a little extra space for easy parking for my four and two wheeled vehicles!
