I need to move out within in 1-2 months. I work in Ontario full-time with Amazon but I do not drive currently so looking to move someplace close by for work. I am very kept to myself so we will both get our privacy, I have 2 calm cats who will be moving with me. They both are well behaved and non-destructive and just sleep. I work 5-6 days a week 50-60hrs so rent wouldn’t be an issue at all and I’d be gone most nights. I’m neat but I do smoke cannabis so must be okay or at least tolerant with that. I’m very shy but respectful. My friends and family might visit me and can/will spend the night sometimes so need somewhere with NO visiting restrictions and its own entrance separately is a MUST as well as its own bathroom. House access would be nice for the kitchen but not required I do own my own cooler/microwave and portable stovetop to make do separately.
