Active retired 82 year old with many years experience living as a roommate. I enjoy light gardening and a bit of yard work. I live a healthy lifestyle, practice a martial art, and work out. I prefer a non smoking environment. I have two middle aged children who live out of town. I lived many years as a cat person but currently have no pets. I tend to spend too much time online reading, learning and communicating and can be a bit of a recluse. I am needing to move because our group house is breaking up and the property owner is moving a family in.
