Mostly retired, I do consulting with Cardiology practices who hold radioactive materials licenses. I work mostly from home and travel several time per year. I am quiet and easy going. I don’t smoke and could not live in a smoking household. Alcohol use is rare. I’m quiet and considerate of others. I know my way around the kitchen and rarely eat out. I enjoy a bit of television, and use Netflix on a computer, but rarely play music (using headphones.) I have friends in the area and a hobby that keeps me entertained. I’m pretty handy around the house and happily join in the care of a home. I’m seeking a “shared house”, to include some garage space, a private bathroom, and a bedroom large enough to include some “office” workspace or additional space outside the bedroom for that activity.
