I’m a fit and healthy, active guy with one 20yo female cat. I am looking for a quiet, clean place and person or people to share a space long term or short term. I moved to Long Beach 6 months ago to work in a classic car restoration shop and my lease is up soon.

I have a degree in Psych with 20yrs social service work and no criminal history and I also have 10yrs experience as a mechanic and a machinist with a lifetime of construction, landscape, odd job skills. I like to bike, hike, work out, read and write, spend time outside with my cat while working on creative projects.
