Able to make rent payments on time, EVERY TIME!

I have good credit, previous rental references, zero past evictions and a clean background check.

I keep to myself for the most part and clean up after myself as I go when it comes to common shared space and my personal space is kept clean as well.

Looking for short term with a minimum of 3 - 6 months possibly longer.

I prefer a month to month lease agreement with a 30 day notice.

I prefer a roommate who does NOT work overnight hours that sleeps all day.

I also prefer someone who can be respectful and okay with quiet hours between 10/11PM-6/7AM.

I’ve tried co-existing in the same residence as someone who is awake and extremely loud all night and sleeps the exact opposite hours and it does not work out well being kept awake all night and or having to be quiet during the day.

So basically please understand mutual respect.

If and when I am up late I am considerate and quiet while others are resting including using headphones.

Due to my prior 15+ years of childcare experience. I am open to possibly being a live in nanny depending on circumstances of when childcare coverage is needed, etc.
