NEED A PLACE ASAp Looking for a clean, calm and comfortable home! I would like a private apt or to share a home with a like minded woman. I might consider male roommates as well… I am middle aged, very active, and respectful and enjoy keeping a nice home. I’m open to living with someone a bit younger or older than me as long as we see eye to eye on things for the most part! I have a Great sense of humor and I’m fairly out going while also enjoying quiet time and privacy. I enjoy pickle ball, tennis, golf, the beach, water sports, hiking, gardening, family, farmers markets , cooking, exploring the city, and more. I have lived in the Denver metro area for over 35 years. I work in healthcare and have also been a nanny for a couple of wonderful families. I am not sure if I will be working from home or not but will be working full time. I moved to the area, from Denver to live closer to my family in Brooklyn and Jersey. I think you would find me easy to live with. I’m super easy going but there are some things or behaviors that wouldn’t be a good fit for me… BLASTING music, those sound bars to make movies blasting loud!! lol but really. talking on speaker phone all around the house, like when I’m chilling and having coffee in the morning. I definitely couldn’t handle anyone smoking anything in the house. Doesn’t matter to me what you do outside. I think it’s just having mutual respect for each other and coexisting peacefully.. Love my privacy and quiet but I’d be open to having a glass of wine and watching a movie with roomies for sure. I’m just hoping to find some chill people or person to live with and for things to be uncomplicated. I’m into good communication and am approachable to discuss things as they may come up. I’m a bit older but I’m really fine to live with younger people if that’s what happens. I’m not going to be a “MOM” but instead will just roll with things… I’m VERY young at heart!
