Hello there,
My name is Theo and my partner’s name is Luna. We are looking for housemates for these potential places we are looking at today! We got a couple places in Mid Wilshire, Mid City, Filipino town, Hollywood Hills and West Adams areas. The plan is to move in anytime by mid October.
Here are some little thing or two about ourselves. Luna is 22 years old, born and raised in LA and I’m 23 born in Bali and raised up in the Bay Area. Luna is a singer, she loves to travel, she loves animals, and 60/70s music is her favorite. I’m a social butterfly, enjoy film and watching anime, traveling, going to music festivals and beach activities. We’re both organized people and love making friends!
Here are some things we are looking for: ⁃ Age preference is 20-26 ⁃ No preference in gender, as long as you’re open minded with good vibes - No pets allowed - No smoking inside but open to discussion about doing it outside. Will have to talk to the property manager about it - We love having our friends over but we do pay attention to the general noise level. Hope that is something that you’re also cool with! And of course you’re more than welcome to bring your friends around.
