I’m 25 yr old African American male. I work at a restoration company so I’m always out of the house until later in the day. I only have weekends off and when I’m home I am very quiet, I play video games mostly when home. I don’t cook so no worries on if I’m going to use the kitchen a lot. No pets, no crazy baby momma or kids. I’m new to Dallas/Texas in general so no worries on having people over.
