My name is Sam, i’m a 28 y/o surgical technologist. I currently live in Pennsylvania but will be moving back to NYC in May. Ideally I would like to look for something in the Washington heights / Harlem area but I am open to anywhere in Manhattan . My budget is currently at 1,000 per person but can go up to 1,250 for certain amenities( like w/d in unit 😬) I am seeking longterm housing. 🌻 I am a very sweet person / a little introvert-ish. I am strong with communication. I hope to build a friendship with my roommate/s . Explore the city / brunch , movie & wine nights / thrift shopping. While also giving each other our personal space. I like to travel ✈️ I do not smoke but 420 friendly . I am clean , organized, and reliable . I hope to find someone who is pretty chill, clean, and reliable also .
