I can do necessary work like lite yard work, take out the trash, and even cook. No hard drugs and I will not tolerate an alcoholic must be a drama-free environment. I am not a snowflake or a Princess. The room does not haft to be perfect; it can be a fixer-upper, a garage, or even a shop (can run security as well) as long as I have AC/HEAT access to a bathroom, shower, and a place to cook.
