Hi! I’m Corinne and I’m moving back to New York (Staten Island) for another tour of duty this summer. I am a career military officer, married, and am looking to share a nice place with a roommate or two while on this assignment as a geo-bachelorette. I’m looking for a shared home situation (a room, preferably my own bath, and the equitable sharing of common spaces) with people who enjoys company but have their own thing going and understands the holy grail rules of roommatehood.

I’m the eldest of seven siblings, so I know how to avoid and deescalate conflict. I’m an animal lover, but am super mindful of roomies (living on ships can do that to you) and care about us all keeping a clean and welcoming house. I’m all about home being a chill and comfortable haven after a long week, but also a place for both of us to eat, drink, and enjoy company with. I tend to be a bit of a homebody because I work a lot and may have weekend and overnight duty here and there and am in school again, but always down to enjoy a nice dinner out or having people over for some social time or game night.

I have two 20lb snuggly chihuahua mixes that I’d love to bring with me if it works for everyone involved (happy to pay a deposit for them as well), but not a dealbreaker if not. I’m looking for at least a 12 month or longer situation to accommodate my tour of duty (up to three years), so if I sound like someone you can hang with or want to invite to be a roomie, I look forward to connecting with you!
