I have always prided myself on being tidy and not borrowing or messing with other roommates’ things. Not trying to hold parties every night or be to much of a busy body. I figure if we both rent a space we should try and be honest and transparent about how we want to use it, and what duties it takes to maintain it. But if we become good friends there is no harm in that either!
