Looking for a responsible roommate that’s COVID safe, easy going, chill, clean, reliable and kind hearted. I am a bright, easy going person who is all about good vibes and positive energy. I value being able to have a safe space to live and thrive in. Always been extremely hardworking and goal oriented, now trying to find a home to safely live, and express myself. I’m not an extreme neat freak but I keep my spaces and shared areas clean. I also have a small, 8 lb, hypoallergenic, toy poodle who is friendly and fits well with any animal lover. My partner and I love all things food! My partner enjoys making and perfecting different recipes, is a chef/caterer, and will be over from time to time. We are music aficionados that will always have a special place for music in our hearts. I take COVID seriously. My partner is a high risk so I do everything to protect them, our dog, and myself. If you are not covid safe or as an extrovert need to hang out with various groups or sums of people, it would not work out. Sharing items with a roommate would be no problem at all, unless respect is not mutually present. We value respect and will always give respect where it is due.

I have been in roommate situations with people claiming to be these things but instead ran out on rent, weren’t COVID safe/almost exposed me to COVID, were not clean, and broke terms in our roomate agreement (and that’s only the tip). I’d like to avoid all possible issues, prior to moving in, and even consider creating a mutually agreed contract. If you are not LGBTQIA+/friendly, and able to create/respect boundaries, I am not the roommate for you! I take having a safe, peaceful haven, to live in, seriously..
