Hello Everybody, Thank you for checking out my post. I want to make this as detailed and honest as possible. I am looking for a Female Roommate only. NO MEN. Ideally we would rent a 2 or 3 Bedroom near Weho or on Hollywood Blvd in a safe location.

I am planning on working in Make up and I therefore spend lot’s of time getting ready in the morning or Mid Afternoon doing my Hair, painting my Nails etc., but will of course try and work around you and your Schedule which we could discuss prior.

In short: The Bathroom is my favorite spot in the House .So I am hoping to find someone who is okay with that and maybe the complete opposite of me in terms of getting ready for the day.

I am a vegetarian but I am totally okay if you eat meat.

I do not smoke.

Drinking very rarely and only in social settings.

No Pets ( but if you have pets that is okay with me)

I like my privacy and would ideally like to have my own Room. A long term set up (If we get along) in terms of renting is preferred. I would like to live as close to Hollywood and Highland/Weho as possible.

I am very respectful of other People and their needs. Therefore, if you are an Introvert and need lot’s of quiet time that would work just fine with me.

A friendly interaction on a daily bases is welcome but I’m also Energy conscious and like to keep to myself at times. I would like to live someone who does not have frequent ‘‘random’’ male House Guests and prefers the Space we share to be kept private.

I am totally okay if you invite female friends over. Overall I would consider myself very easy going.

My Hobbies include: Make up, Nails, Vintage Collector, very much into retro such as 80’s and 90s Movies and interior design.

I am open to new strictly platonic Friendships and would like to have a great Roommate who, at times would like to go Grocery Shopping together or do other social activities such as getting Coffee, shopping etc. but that of course isn’t a requirement :) To be strictly acquainted as ‘‘People who share a space’’ works just as fine.

My old Roommate who is very interested in moving to LA as well could be a third Person, if we want to consider getting a 3 Bedroom but I am willing to consider just a One Bedroom and maybe rent out the living room for less than half of the actual rent , if I am on the lease.

(Also:My old roommate and I shared a studio space, which I would consider again but we had to be very respectful of each others space and set boundaries) Thank you so much and have a wonderful day.
