I have a fair amount of experience with renting; I have shared rental locations with all types of people, and am, above all, very respectful of the comfort, privacy, property, and general right to quiet enjoyment of the space of whoever I am renting with or from. I am a very introverted person, I’m not a big fan of parties. I don’t drink often at all, and generally just keep to myself while keeping the lines of communication open with whoever I am renting from, and whoever I may be living with. My main priority is to make sure that everyone is able to feel comfortable, respected, and feel that their voice is being heard if they do have any questions for me.

I am not a loud person; I dont play music at a disruptive volume, or watch TV at an unreasonable volume. I am a very clean person, I dont like clutter, and have no problem pitching in as far as keeping the common areas clean and orderly. Most of my time will likely be spent in my room; I am self-employed and work from home, and typically work about 10 hours a day. I have 1 cat, she is very well-behaved (for a cat lol), she does not scratch/rip furniture/carpeting, she is 100% litterbox trained, she has lived with multiple other animals with no issues (fighting, marking, etc). She’s really a very sweet cat, just a bit skittish and not very sociable with new people at first. She will likely spend the majority of the time in my room, or close to wherever I am.
