Need a quiet space around my room when working. I am a smoker but do go outside or in own room. Lock and deadbolt is required for my space when I’m not home. I despise thievery and will always be respectful of peoples property.. Need some ground rules but can compromise. My teen daughter will visit as well as grown children. I love to cook and bake. I enjoy a clean space but am not a germaphobe. Adults should clean up after thier selves. I love music of all kinds. I have some nice furniture for common areas. I also provide internet and wifi for house. I like to garden and like indoor plants. I love pets. As long as they are taken care of by the owner. I am not a felon. But would expect to know about any. I am not judgemental about that. “No violence” is extremely important. Ask me anything.
