I am a single mom with one daughter at home and 2 cats. My rent went up $200 per month and I can no longer afford to live in my current complex. I am on waiting lists for subsidized housing in the Parker area. However my lease is up June 4th. I am looking for a temporary residence from 1 to 12 months until an apartment becomes available. I am a non smoker. Clean. Quiet. I have been in my current job for 5 years. I also have a part time job and I take classes on line for medical coding. My daughter is with me every other week. I have never been evicted. Fair credit and great references.
