Yuka & Sicong

We are extremely organized, clean, polite, friendly, agreeable and timely. We are looking for a location to stay for 1.5-2 months from 5/22/22 [flexible] to 7/15/22 [inflexible] as a couple. If the renter can be trusted and the location is amazing, we are able to pay total rent + deposit in advance.

1. Would love to be as close as possible [walking distance] to my work in S Pontiac Way 8️⃣0️⃣2️⃣2️⃣4️⃣, or the HMart shopping area (S Parker Rd 8️⃣0️⃣0️⃣1️⃣4️⃣); - or anywhere in between those two locations.
2. We are looking for a private room and private bathroom!
3. If 1 and 2 are cleared, we are negotiable on the price :) Our languages are fluent English, Japanese and Chinese!
