I am a PhD student spending all my time at school. I am looking for a peaceful and very quiet place to live. I am looking for a 2b2b and Id like to find a decent place for up to 750 including utilities. A little about me: I am very quiet and Id like to find a quiet roommate as well. We can discuss this more in detail later to come to a consensus for house rules. I have had bad experiences in the past, so this is why I’m so adamant about it. I am super frank and introverted; I am not looking to make friends and socialize with my roommate a lot at first. However, I am very supportive. All my previous roommates are still my friends and we respect each other. Previously I have also had roommates that disrespected boundaries set regarding personal items. Also, I have had roommates who got insulted by being open and frank about boundaries, but hopefully these won’t be problems in the future. I also rarely have guests and I’ve never had parties, so I guess it will stay the same unless something happens. I do not mind your guests as long as they are not loud and of course they are not living there. Sorry for the long text, but hopefully we can come to an agreement on a peaceful living situation.
